Window broke AFTER dealer installed window regulator

I bought a 2001 Durango R/T about 3 months ago. A month and a half ago, my window regulator "apparently broke" on the drivers window, which sucks, but what can you do.

The dealership installed a new one, and $500 later, it was done. I parked the truck, as I rarely use it, and I went to drive it last Thursday, and this is what happened:

I opened the rear hatch to put my toolbox in, left it open (as I was going to go into the garage to get the toolbox) opened the Passenger side door, pressed the garage door button, and shut the passenger side door. I heard a shatter, I went to the truck, and the drivers window (the one they fixed) shattered into a million pieces.

What can I do? I went to the dealer on the Friday, they said "Come see the manager Tuesday when he's in" and today, being Tuesday, I called... and he said "there is nothing we will do about it"

Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Dont feel to bad man. I have had my truck for 2 years and I have had to replace that window regulator 4 times now. And DODGE wont recall the part. And they wont do anything to help me. They wont even warranty the part.
