Turboing my friend's car

Hey guys, since my time with my t25 is comming to an end, I am graciously going to sell it to my friend with an 02 Focus hatch zx3, and we are going to turbo it. I just have a few questions regarding the setup if you guys don't mind.

Question one - since the motor in the focus is situated on the left, and there is plenty of room to the right side in the bay, can we turn the t25 around 180 degrees so the compressor faces the right? I just don't know if the direction of the turbo would effect anything like airflow, and to work properly.

Question two - is there any online vendors that sell like the exhaust manifold flange to fit the t25? We are prolly gonna have a friend fab up one, but it would be much easier to already have the flange for the turbo.

I think that's all for now. We pretty much have everything figured out. Gonna have to relocate the battery to the trunk for some engine bay space for intercooler piping. I'm gonna sell him the turbo for $50, my safc for $200, and my injectors, but I don't know how much for those yet.

We think it's gonna be a fun little project. What are your opinions?

Oh ya, definately. It's gonna be nice when done, not some shitbox put together with glue and hopes it would stay together.

Injectors from you car will fit in a focus? Thats wierd. What kind of engine is in a focus anyway?

Actually, I'm not too sure if they will fit. What kind of differences are there? It's a 2.0 Zetec or something like that.

I think its over all length, the size of the part that goes into the fuel rail, and size of the part that goes into the head. If they are all the same, they should work fine.
