Ok, I am having a hard time understanding here. It helps if you use punctuation and capitalization to separate your ideas into sentences.

From what I can gather you bought a Supra with a blown motor. Then you ordered a replacement motor. You installed it. Now you cannot get it started. Is this correct?

I need to know what motor you started with, the motor you swapped in, what you have replaced on it, and you need to be very clear as to the problems you are having.

i started with a 7mgeand repalced it with a 7mge ok sorry yeah it blew up on me so i replaced it right i took all the stuff off the old motor and then i put it on the new one from canada and the alarm will not let me turn on the car and when it does it theres a clicking sound all the power works but the gages go wacky the lights pop up and horns star going off it takes for it a whie to restart and then the clicking starts it will not turn over it might be the starter but it worked be for i pulled it off but it gets spark but the starter ticks or some thing does ty

It sounds like you have some serious electrical issues. It may not be the alarm. If it was the gauges would not go crazy. Somthing is shorting out to the body. You should take a look at the alarm syetem as well. There is a good chance it is not stock. You need to find some wire diagrams and a mulitmeter and get to work.

It's easy to hot wire the starter. Just run a jumper from the battery to the little wire on the starter. I can't say anything for your alarm.

How did you test it? Did you completly remove the starter, or just hotwire it?

The clicking noise is the starter relay.

You really need to be specific in what you post. I am having a hard time understanding you.

ok again sorry for that i took out the starter and tested and checked the wiers going to the starter they had six volts now nothing and i need to know if there is suposed to be a ground on the starter seperate from the the battery i then hooked up the main positive cable to the stater and now no power:screwy:

That 6 volts thing is bugging me. Have you checked battery voltage yet? Have you checked resistance on the main battery cable? If the starter is only getting 6 volts that is a problem.

If the battery is good then you may have a rotten cable. You can check resistance with the multimeter on the ohm setting, it usually has an omega symbol on the setting. It should read 0 to 0.5. If it is higher, or reads OL then the wire is bad.

You need to find someone good with wires to come and take a look at the car.
