Are you an experienced modeller? I mean, are you really up for it? Do you really want to undetake that ambitious a project? It's not easy. (I'm sorry if you are an experienced modeller, it's just that I don't remember your models)

You don't really have to be experienced, as I learned resin casting at age 15, and started selling my kits in three months. You have to be experienced to be a better resin caster to duplicate good parts, though.

You'll need...
RTV Silicone Rubber - Room Temp. Vulcanizing, 6hrs or so, somewhat elastic, and low shrink ratio is better
polyurethane resin - 50% to 50% type is easy to measure. curing time 10 min. or so is convenient, low shrink ratio is critical.
mold release wax - having both spray and brush-on is handy.
measuring cup - paper cup or whatever cheap and disposable.
a few rubber bands - to hold two halves together.
something to stir - dried up ball point pen or something cheap.
Lego block - optional, but convenient to make a frame of any size.

I briefly described how I cast parts in resin.

However, there are many good online tutorials, so search around.

They have the products to make the molds and then mold them.

I am willing to bet their products come with "Instructions"

You need to give them a call or e-mail them.

Complete Super Casting Kit & Mini Super Casting Kit

How-To Booklet

You are going to have just try it and practice.

Man, I didn't realize you lived in Canada that shipping and handling sucks I bet from U.S to Canada

I am going to be purchasing the product and casting turbo systems for the new Revell Civics and the Revell USDM Teg R

Unless someone out there all ready does that?????

Yeah, I got a copy of Car Modeler 2002 two weeks ago. It's one of the most useful books I've ever bought (along with the dictionary). I haven't tried the resin casting yet, but I read it, and I'm going to try it soon. The door hinge tuturial helped a lot, too. I never thought that making one would be that easy. I'm adding a hinge to one of my current models, all thanks to that book.
