1991 Plymouth Grand Voyager fuel filter access

I am needing to know how to access the fuel filter and fuel pump. My son is trying to get step-by-step instructions on how to access them in order to replace them. If anyone is online now and could help, it would be greatly appreciated :) ...otherwise, I will be checking periodically for replies.

You have to lower the gas tank from the van to access fuel pump and sock filter.
The other gas filter is under the van near passenger front.

Thanks for your reply! I have another question he wanted me to ask you or the forum as well; he is wondering about a fuse for the fuel pump and where it is located. Also, is there a reset button and if there is, where is it located?

We replaced the battery and spark plugs, but it still will not start. It does turn over though. If you have any suggestions, we would sure apreciate it.
