1992 88 security code?

so my olds had a problem where seemingly randomly it wouldnt start, i got power and everything it just wouldnt turn on. the other night my buddy said if you put it in Neutral and push it some then try it will turn on, well it worked but afterwards the 'security' light came on in my dash, my car proceeded to do the same thing where wouldn't always start, and the next day i could not get it to start for the life of me, eventually got it towed, last night i had some friends help me put a new starter in it and it still wont start!! it also has a new alternator.. so word is is that there is a security system and i need a code to disable it and thats why my car wont start. :uhoh:
