someone please help! 94 golf diesel

i noticed something when i was under the car looking at a oil leak when the car is running the crank shaft and pully shakes looks like its warped is this a bad thing? its a diesel engine 5 speed has 170,000 k/m im not sure the engine size i believe its a 1.9? anyways can someone please help me figure this out because i notice the car is louder then usal too

You kind of have to look and see where the oil is coming from.

1.9L is the diesel engine, if the oil level is low from the leak than the engine will make more noise.
