DE-Badging a SpecV

OK. I need to get all this chrome shit off my car. Have any of you guys or galls de-badged your SpecV's yet?

If so, please tell me that Nissan didn't drill holes in the body and use pegs to attatch the badges! My brother ran into this problem when de-badging his 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. Sucker!

Was the grill hamburger hard to remove?

If any of you have pictures, please post.

Thanks

All the crap on the body are just stickers. Just heat them up and peel them off. As for the thing on the grill, I don't know. Good Luck! :alien:

Here are a couple of links to threads on this forum. I think you will find them helpful. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I removed the HUGE nissan emblem on the grill of my spec v. It only took about half an hour but thats cuz i decided to take the whole front grill off so i wouldn't mess up the grill. The emblem is attached with plastic melted around the grill so all you have to do is take your time and cut around it. Taking the grill off is pretty straight forward too. I found a place in texas that sells the SE-R emblem thats on the back and i'm going to put that on the front grill to replace the nissan sign but i think it looks pretty good without anything on it.
