A few problems.. 98 Pontiac Sunfire

I have a 98 pontiac sunfire 2.2L engine. It's an automatic transmission and I haven't had any troubles with it in the past.
Anyway my question is: My car is leaking oil and transmission fluid, it frequently stalls out if i make a sudden stop or if I slow down to a stop on a hill going up or down. I keep transmission fluid in it as often as I can but the car still seems to be running a little rough and it seems I'm losing a lot of power when going up hill. A light comes on in the lower right hand corner of the dash. It looks like a low-fluid radiator light but my radiator fluid is fine and at the level it should be. It has 160,000 miles on it and I nor the previous owner has had any problems with it. Any ideas?
One more thing it seems to slip out of gear and has trouble shifting when I accelerate on a left turn more than the right. If this is caused by the leaking fluids any idea on how much getting the oil pan crack fixed and the transmission to stop leaking. Thanks for your time.
