Best Resin - Making Things Right

Well, while I'm certainly still not pleased that my order is 4-5 months late, I am happy that Mark is dealing with it as best he can.


Please note: I am finally able to access my web page. I have had no email access for over three months. I know many have ordered and not gotten their orders. I apologize. Please let me know if you want a refund. I will guarantee that you will still get your items, even if you want a refund. I have had some major life changes and have been unable to do many things I wanted to.. My wife has had two surgeries, and is doing okay. I have been unable to take care of business because of changes at work and some personal problems I have been having. I am now going through tons of email and will respond to all who have written. I may take me a couple days, but I will do it. I ask two things, first and foremost, your forgiveness for my not taking care of you, the customer. Secondly, please keep praying for us as we go through the changes happening. I am Best Resin, just me, and I can only work on it one day a week. I am really hoping to get all orders out by the 10th of July.
