Can anybody help me!!!

I am trying to remove the dash board of a 2000 Cougar so i can replace the heater core. I have removed many dash boards before but this one seems to be giving me problems. I have already removed the glovebox, center console, radio, heater controls, A-pillar mouldings, lower kick panels and instrument panel. The torx head screws from the outer edges have been removed along with the ones located on the outside of the radio. I can get the whole dash assembly to move out about 1/2" and move the whole bottom half to move up and down but it still will not come out. If anyone has removed one before I would appreciate some helpful tips. Thank you for your time.
