Warning.

Hi all.
I just wanted to warn everyone about ordering models from militarymodeler.com.
I ordered my model on 20th June and it supposed to be shipped from 3 to 5 days. It should be even quicker because I live in the same state where the company building is. I sent email to customer support, where I asked about my order. After 4 more mails they didn't respond to any.
I don't know if anyone was ordering from this site but for me it is the last time I have ordered from them.
I don't know what should I do if they are not answering for my emails. Any thoughts? Thanks.

They are at Palisades Park, i think it would be 2 hrs ride to get there.
But if I paid for S&H why should I go there. I am pissed off because they are not responding for emails and I can't get their phone number because there is some error on their site. I don't want to get charged for something that I didn't get.
PS. If they are selling Tamiya models could I contact with Tamyia ? Will it help at all ?

I emailed them after seven days and I didn't counted weekend.
I put my order on June 20th. When I was ordering from other sites and I asked about it I usually get answer in the same day. And now it bugs me because I don't know if I lost money or not.

I'd go there. But everytime somthing like this happens to me, I get the item within a couple days of complaining. If it was me though, Id take a trip up there.

Lots of places are closed Mon + Tue for the holiday. I know my office is. Just a heads up.

Thanks to fubaz I talked with Mr. Sung and he said that he will check on my order and he apologized. Now I dont have to worry about not loosing my money.
Happy 4th July everybody

Today after 2 weeks of waiting I contacted with Mr. Sung again. He already took the money from credit card but he didn't sent anything to me. I wanted him to cancel my order and return money to my credit card. He said that he can do it but he wants to send me check. I asked him how long will it take to ship package to me. He said........2 weeks. Shipping is from 3-5 day and it would be 4 weeks. I didn't want check from him because I am not sure if there will be any money on the check. I will not pay for it when I wil get bill from my credit card.
Please be aware of the militarymodeler.com because they take your money without sending ordered models.

Call your credit card company and report it as fraud. They will investigate and refund your money.
