Thx 94solgal
I have found the problem is cause by the gear box. so i am going to get another one.
I have got the following options at the moment:
1) D15B manual gear box from 92 eg civic.
2) manual gear box from a non-Vtec 1500 SOHC D15B
3) S20 box, from a 92 EG5 1600 dohc
4) manual gear box from a B18c VTECH Manual Integra
which one would fit? will one will do the best? pls help~~
and if my gear box was not a LSD one and i am getting a LSD gear box, do i have to change any other thing eg the ECU ?

SOHC motors don't come with an LSD. You have to buy it seperately. And the only transmissions you can use are SOHC transmissions. Look for one off a D16z6 or D15b7.

Just wanting to respond to this and your PM... I misread your thread. If you have a DOHC motor, you want to use a DOHC (B series) transmission. The transmissions off of any of these will work (they are in order from best to worse as far as performance goes)
1. Integra Type R (B18c5)
2. del Sol DOHC VTEC (B16a3)
3. Integra GSR (b18c1)
4. Integra LS (B18b1)

never a problem. And expect to be shelling out about $650-$750 for one. They're not cheap!
