Axle Nut for 97 Grand Am

What size is the nut that holds the front hub on? I need to replace the hub so I bought a new hub assy. that came with a new nut. The new nut is 1 1/8 but the one that is currently on there is a little bit bigger. Maybe 1 3/16? Thanks in advance. Oh ya... I already have the T55 that takes the hub off the spindle. I just need to know the nut size.

Should be either a 32mm or 36mm nut, some used a larger nut, mostly on imports. Good luck, they can be difficult to remove.

did it last night. it turned out to be a 30mm. Wierd.
