Caddy 4t80E swap

need new tranny for 96 aurora, thinking of swapping Aurora 4t80E for a late model caddy 02,03,04,05 might get me a better junk yard tranny at lower price. Anyone know if they interchange utilizing the aurora computer and engine

May not be that simple ,check with a salvage yard on interchangeability, trans may fit but programming and electronics can be different year to year, watch the final drive ratios also.
