Harmonic torque setting

Could anyone out there tell me what the torque setting is for the bolt that holds the harmonic balancer onto the crank shaft. This is on a 1991 5.7 TPI
As this is the third time I have lost the balancer I would like to be sure to do it exactly right this time.

60-65 ft/lb is the spec on most Gen I SBCs.
