I see two great cars that have been destroyed. My 2¢.

Honestly- this is why I would probably kill myself if my car ever showed up on "Pimp my Ride".
Who does that to a car??!?!
Waste of time and money. Why would you make any alteration to your car that didn't improve performance?
That and it looks like shit.

The only reason i see for having a car like that is if the owner has to drive through 4 feet of water every day and needs a car that can get him there safely.
ermm.... nah

Looks like 2 caprices turned into clown cars. I feel sorry for the yellow one, its a Brougham just like mine :(

And another thing - pertaining to the yellow one -

If they've spent that much money customizing it, why in the hell could they not have painted the door sills along with the rest of the used-to-be-white car?

I think they left it white, or painted the sills white to match the yellow and brown roof.

Thats what I think.

Ugggh.. I can almost appericate the paint jobs. Actually kind of like the green color. But the wheels..... Can't stand that. I want a driveable car. Not a Hot Wheels. And the last car is just a crappy paint job if you don't do the door jambs....

Mods gone wild.

I read a post on gminsidenews about how big GM cars from the 80s and 90s are getting more popular with young people because they are solid, cheap and easy to mod.

When I was a kid in the 70s you saw all kinds of early 60s lowriders.

Guess at least someone will be providing demand for parts. Maybe in a few years, there will be more restoration parts as people start making the cars original again.

Get rid of those cartoon rims and put some real ones on - no larger than 17", and that can be a great car.

:P

:screwy:I'd never do that to a vehicle.:nono: If you have to lift a vehicle to fit rims underneath, then there's something wrong. The only exception would be if you were going off road.

Anything larger than a 17" looks gay and usually those who use them are making up for lack of size somewhere else. :smokin:

I think I did see one online too, maybe Year One. Unfortunately for me, there is not a lot around for the Roadmasters, at least not yet. You Chevy guys get all the good stuff.

Long live the B Bodies!

Hate it? I LOVE it! Those are going to make great parts cars for the rest of us once the owners are allowed to demonstrate their obviously limited mental capacities behind the wheels.

There's no accounting for taste.

I see those all the time. Pinion angles about 20°. Camber about 10°, chewing up the shoulders of those $3,000 tires right down to the $2,500 wheels, bump-steer kicking the front end all over around even the slowest corners. Yeah, real handling machines.
