I belive I have an exhaust leak and I cant seem to pin point it. You can hear it at idle or even when you rev. BUT under accel. when you are actually moving, it is quite noticeable. I have checked for vac. hoses and all that good stuff but cant seem to find anything. If someone knows an obvious one I could be missing please inform me.
If it does turn out to be the actual exhaust what is a good way to pinpoint it's exact leaking place.

Best thing is to get under the truck while it is on ramps and hover your hand around the piping and the muffler and cat to find out where it is puffing out.

Yep - 2000 so see the FAQ post on the secondary air injection and the hoses and check valves that come off the exhaust manifolds - mine did not throw any codes either!

The only way to truly find it is hands hovering to find the area where it is puffing out.
Too bad it wasn't winter seeing it is really easy to find them then.
