Removing 99 Galant Center Console

Can anyone tell me how to remove the center console on a 99 Galant ES? I have to get behind it to tighten the locknut or whatever holds the accessory plug down as it's loose. It might be shorting out the fuse to my power mirrors they said.

The dealer wants $99 minimum for the labor.
