Cold air intake

I am looking for some performance mods for my 2000 ZX2 and the only one I know of is the cold air intake, i have no idea where to find these, i looked on ebay and all they had were blue ones, if anyone can find ones in red let me know and also fill me in on what other kinds of performance mods I can put on!! thanks a bunch !! :kiss:

You might want to try NOPI.com, it's mostly imports but I have seen many parts for escorts and tracers on there. Also while you are there check for a header, and also if you are looking for a body kits try andysautosport.com.

This is the most ignorant statement I've ever heard. ZX2's are a very decently fast car. Explain how a modded 2.0lt DOHC Zetec engine (modded also) loose to a little 12valve SOHC hyundai engine. Your talking stupid, you just insulted yourself as well as your knowledge about cars, especially ZX2's.

Shit, give someone some credit for at least trying to do something to improve the performance of their vehicle instead of just ricing it out and adding visual mods.

The Escort (or any Ford except a Lightning for that matter) is not something I would choose to drive personally, but I can respect one that is done up right and at least the owner takes pride in doing work to their own vehicle to better it.

One more thing, I dont know much about ZX2's but I know enough. THEY DONT COME IN YELLOW. I also justed looked up some facts, a ZX2 stock with a good driver is supposed to run anywhere between a 16.0-16.4. You wanna know what a hyundai accent is supposed to run stock......a 17.9 sec 1/4. Once again, way to show your ignorance.

BTW: a zx2 with basic I/E/H will run in the mid-high 15's with a perfect driver. A Turbo'd Hyundai Accent running about 8lbs of boost will fun mid - high 15's.

Actually the ZX2's did come in Yellow in 99 and 00 on the special Edition S/R but none were sold ever over seas and the 99's were only sold in Cali.
