Driver Side Window Problem

I own a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP..and I have a problem with the driver side window. Everything seemed shot. I replaced the window motor, the regulator, and the lower right tracking. The old motor was shot, the regulator worm gear had no tension and fell off, and the tracking was really bent and shot. The window comes off the tracking near the door handle side..it keep popping off. Any suggestions? I think it might be the black plastic around the window itself and a clip/plastic thing might have broken off. I'm not sure...please help. Thanks!
