hey guys...
just the other day i removed that annoying sound robbing silencer that connects to the airbox and my spec sounds totally great now. my question is, i know that with any other aftermarket intake a bypass valve is a must becazuse it'll keep water and shit out of the engine...but with removing this part also (i mean it goes back on as easily as it comes off) do i run the same risk with the water? thanks a lot. oh yeah, my spec is white and i finally removed the hamburger and grills and painted them white. it looks hot!

Only if the front of your car is totally submerged to the hood in water! The air inlet is too high up.
