97 Voyager - No dash gauges

So the dash gauges on my wifes Voyager stoped working several weeks ago.

I have found and removed the IOD fuse. I have replaced the fuse outright. I have found and replaced the instriment gauge fuse under the dashboard. I tired the suggestion listed earlier in this fourm about pulling the AC control cluster and "wiggeling" each wire back into their plug harnesses.. nothing has worked.

This van does have the "smack the dash" problem, however when that issues develops, the van will not start at all.

Currently the van is running just fine.. mostly.. well, it will start and drive down to the end of the block :-) anyway, I need to figure something out as to why the gauges do not function.. is there any other advice out here for me to try?? This van is driving my wife crazy..

thanks for any advice you guys have..

My wifes 98 Grand Caravan guages and their lights quit working all together intermitently and then always off. The van would still drive fine however. I replaced the BCM (body control module) and everything came back and has been working flawlessly since.

On a 96 it's on the back of the Junction Block (fuse panel) in front of the driver's left knee behind the dash.
