ERLS Fuse

97 Pontiac Grand Am keeps blowing the ERLS fuse which causes my shifter to be stuck in park, and my emergency brake light and ABS light comes on... car loses power and brakes harder and AC stops working... any ideas how to fix it???

Oh yeah, the ERLS fuse controls:
Back-Up Lamps, Canister Purge Valve, EGR, Automatic Transmission, Brake Transmission Shift Interlock, Anti-Lock brakes, Variable Effort Steering, Air Conditioning Compressor, Park Lock Solenoid.
