after installing a new valve cover gasket I started it up, then sprayed throttle body cleaner in the intake and the car shut off and wouldnt start again.i dont know if the tb cleaner was just a coincidence or it destroyed a sensor or what but theres no spark at all from the coil. i keep hearing a not very loud high pitched sound that seems to be comming from inside or behind the intake manifold whenever the key is in the on position. anyone know any way to diagnose the no spark? ive never had coil with a distributor built in but usually theres is wireing you can check for resistance or somthing..

also does anyone know how to pull check engine codes?

The computer should be underneath the passenger carpet. Pull it up and there also should be an LED light that will blink the code that the engine is throwing when you have the key in the ignition and on the on position. Long flashes mean 10 and short ones mean 1. You add them together.

my integra has no ECU under the carpet, its under the dash and requires shorting it to make the CEL flash codes, I just dont know what to short on it.

if anyone knows resistance specifications or wire color codes for the primary and secondary coils, tps sensor or any other sensors required for ignition it would be a great help.

the coil isnt putting out anything and i want to test it before i run off and buy another. I'm also thinking it could be a sensor that got destroyed by throttle body sensor.
