92 Cutlass blows hot air all the time

92 cutlass blows hot air constantly A/C seems to be working but cold not delivered to the ducting. all vacuum controls seem to be working. I found a reference to a heater door motor on a fuse list. The fan and duct choice works properly, just can't avoid the heat. Does anyone have any ideas on this one?

in the vent work of a car there are a series of trap doors the control where the air goes, as well as rather or not its cold or warm are going through, if everything seems fine it could be that something fell down the vent, and is holding one of those doors in a certain position. thats what it sounds like it can be
