Turbo for 2000 GTS!

I took my car to the drag strip and raced some turboed evo's, mini's, and vw's. I think a turbo would give a chance. I want to get a custom turbo kit that will set me at least 300 whp. Anyone know any kits or companies that can help?

Please don't put a turbo kit on your daily driver if you don't know anything about it.

I dont understand the difference between the "T's" in the turbos? like for example..."73/T4" or maybe a "t25"?
