Preformance Chip Question

I have a 95 4.6 V8 Bird and I'm sick of the gas cut-off around 100-110 mph. I want to get a racing chip of the sorts and I've been looking at some on ebay, but they all seem to cheep and gimmicky. Does anyone have any recomendations for good web sites/ places i could buy a chip?
