Fog light will no go off

I have a 99 Pontiac GA, I went out side a few minutes ago and my fog light is on. (otherone is burndt out) I tried swtiching everything off. as soon as i got outta the car and after the hedlights switched off by themselves, the fog light cane on again. Anybody have an answer for this one?

It sounds like the fog light relay is stuck , try pulling that, if they go out , replace the fog light relay, its in the passengers side fuse box, a fuse and relay are there.
