Welcome to AF.
The Eaton M90 Gen3 blower will last well beyond 100K miles if properly mantained. The special SC oil should be drained annually. The only parts I have replaced to date is the coupler which may get noisy....rattling sound. There is a new improved one out.
The L67 option between a Regal GS and GTP are identical so similar mods can be used. The PCM module must be unique to the make and model of the car.
Checkout 3800performance.com, ZZPerformance.com and PFYC.com for L67 mods.
Good luck!

Like any used car I would run it through the mill as far as a typical check out. Also, look for oil leaks around the valve cover gaskets and on the oil pan for possible rear main seal. Check the condition of the struts, upper strut mounts and bushings and steering components.
On the test drive make sure the tranny is operating properly. Listen for any unusual noises around the area of the supercharger and tensioners.
