Turning Left/Clutch

Long time-no post for me. So, I'm back with some questions I've posted in the past, but can't seem to find them.

First... I'm still having a clunking sort of noise when turning left. It mostly happends at low speeds when turning into a parking lot or driveway type of thing. I'll be going like 7-10 MPH and will be slowing down to turn into my driveway and right when I hit the very slight incline of the driveway (turning left), I hear a clunk-clunk-clunk noise. Real quick and close together clunks. I've had it into two different Acura places and both places don't hear it or HARDLY hear it and have checked everything out and find nothing. Oh and it comes from the right side of the car and sounds more towards the front of the car. It's so weird. I even had my mechanic check it out too. He checked everything head to toe and was like, I see nothing wrong at all. Any ideas?

Second... I've also taken my car to two different Acura places to get this fixed. There is also a TSB out there for it, but the Acura places conveniently don't hear the noise. It's my clutch. It creaks. Last Summer, while I was on vacation. It was HORRENDOUS. It was creaking so loud you could honestly hear it from down the street. I told the Acura places that there was a TSB for it and they of course said they'd check it out. Of course, they both hardly heard it or didn't hear it. The one dealer that actually SOMEWHAT heard it, didn't perform the TSB, but rather just greased it up. That lasted about 1 week. Then it was back to creak city. It hasn't been as bad as it was last Summer. But, I didn't pay for an Acura with Creaks/Rattles/Clunks and not to mention the slight hessitations when accelerating. Oh, one other quick thing I heard tonight... Shifting from first to second, I thought I heard something that sounded almost like a peice of paper slapping up against the wheel well, but there was no paper on the road. Weird...

Shouldn't Acura dealers be required to perform the TSB if it's KNOWN and out there? What the hell? So, any ideas on these? Thanks everyone.

I had the difficulty-shifting-into-third problem with my RSX-S, for which there is also a TSB. I had a devil of a time getting my dealer to repair it. During most of my ownership, I didn't know there was a TSB, and my service repair rep. acted like it was total news to him, that no other RSX had had the problem. Since it was intermittent, naturally it didn't happen during their short test drive, and they claimed that they were required to feel the problem before they could work on it under warranty. I said fine, let one of their mechanics drive it till they felt it, but they wouldn't take me up on it. I brought in 9 printed pages from Automotive Forums regarding the issue, and still faced stonewalling. Finally I got a new service rep, and after a couple tries he finally had a mechanic take it home, and the mechanic felt it on his way back into work. So they did the service, and it has been all better for the 10,000 miles since.

As far as relevance to your post, the point is that a TSB does not require them to do work, and in fact they may still even act like they've never heard of the problem before. I don't really understand why this is, though I suspect it is not unique to Acura dealerships. I fgure I'm happy with my Acura, I'd like to buy another one in a few years, keeping my business isn't too hard as long as you deal with me honestly. Requiring me to do lots of independent internet searching to discover there is a TSB that addresses my issue, rather than just being up front about it, was a major hit to my respect for what has otherwise "been a very good "ownership experience" - as they like to call it - or, for me, has otherwise been a nice car to have.
