back of car too high?

trying to figure out why this is and how to correct it...
Springs - Sprint 2.5" front and 2.25" rear drop
Struts - Koni front and back
the back seems to be way more than .25 higher than the front, the front looks slammed and back looks like an inch higher
any ideas on why and how i can make it lower, short of cutting the springs (which i will NOT do)
