Oustside air diverter

Just a simple one before I tear apart a lot of plastic looking for it.

Where is the the diverter that controls inside vs. Outside air?

98 - Venture Ext

Pull the cover at the back of your glove compartment and change your air filter. Diverter is nearby.

That was the first place I looked but still missed it. I know the blower is below, is the diverter behind the blower? Can I get at it from this glove box hole?

My diverter is stuck open and I want to close it (better A/C) and/or fix it.
