Window Problems

In my 2000 528i my Passenger front window will not go down. It is stuck in the up position. When i press the button i hear the motor working but the window does not budge. Anybody have any help on how to fix this? And how hard is it to take apart the door? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it's a pretty simple set-up. If you hear the motor, the regulator is faulty
