Bad Experience with Wheelsplanet.com

I order 18x8.5 wheels from them and come to find out I got 18x7.5 and they will not refund me any of my money, because they screwed up I get screwed. I'm so upset with them, and they fed me all there lines of bull, and still i got no where with them. Yes If I did not break a wheel and need to replace it I would have never known, cuz I love them. But the price difference in what I paid for and what I recieved is to much to just have taken from me.
And on top of that, as a wheel and tire company you would think they could supply you with proper bolts and lug nuts, but they can't. They never asked me about them or told me I would need different one, good thing there are decent Wheel and Tire placing willing to help out.
They also can't help me in getting a single replacement rim, which is kinda understandable but for having such "great customer service" I think they suck. I would never buy anything from them.:banghead:
