air flow

looking to upgrade my air flow system (inate,exhaust system): i own a 2.0L 2002 GLS Jetta, of course. heres what im thinking let me know if you have any sugestions or advice for what i should use.

intake: Fujita Short Ram air intake for 214
maybe throw in a few turbonators - could anyone tell me how well they work

exhaust: Greddy G2 Euro system - 522: 2cents:

those turbonators arent as good as they say
