2.4 engine swap

Ok i have a 99 sunfire SE and im buying a 2.4 sunfire GT motor from a friend for $100. I am going to have it completely rebuilt from the ground up and put into my sunfire. I was just wondering about how much this would cost and how much work it would take to get it in and running?

When I checked in my near by pontiac dealer they would swap my 2.2 for a 2.4 and it would cost 4500ish. This is including labor and the engine itself. Hope this helps a bit.
