engine swap

I have a 91 tracker with a standard transmission that need a cam shaft. I also have a junker 91 with a automatic transmisson that has a good engine.Rather than swap heads (and buy gaskets ) can I swap the engines. Will the clutch bolt on to the engine with the automatic crank, and are the bell housing bolts the same.I will be getting the junk car this saturday.

While I can't answer your question about the bellhousing I know you'll have to change the flywheel from the manual trans engine over in place of the flexplate that the auto trans uses. Pay close attention when you remove the flywheel from manual engine versus the flexplate from the auto as many manufacturers use spacers behind them to get the appropriate finished distance off the crank. If you omit one or add one in the wrong place you won't wind up in the proper spot and things may not work so well.
