Easy way to change the oil on a 2001 4runner

hey, i just hit the 3000 mile mark on my 4runner and i need to change my oil.....if u have changed your oil on a 2001 4runner u can see that there are some clips and you can break i order to take out the oil, but the problem is i dont wanna break those clips, i was wonderin if anyone knows an easy way to change the oil without breakin the clips...thanks
