how to!?!!?!?!

hi fellas im quite new to this forum,but i have been wanting to know how to black out the housing on the headlights. people telling me all these how tos but i dont know which one would be the best way. one of my friends told me to bake them in the oven!!! i dont know but i really want to know a good way without buying them painted and without taking them to someone to do it, because this one guy at a shop wanted to charge me 100$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and another thing i just wanted to know what a 97 civic ex coupe is in japan thanks marc

A guy named LX98 or LX98Civic (can't remember exactly) made a real excellent post on this subject. It showed pics and everything. You might wanna search for it or flip through a few pages. I tried but I can't find it. I know its on here somewhere.
