Lowering question

Ive got a 94 Accord lx and need to drop it to get rid of the giant fender gap i have right now....is there anway a coilover sleeve can give me a decent ride or am i going to have to go with springs or a full coilover setup.

If i am only going to drop at the most 2", how long do u think my factory struts will last? Will a camber kit be necessary?

The only reason I am asking about the sleeves is because the local honda custom department will put them on and give me a lifetime warranty on them for a good good price---and i know the guy so he is not going to sell me crap...and i need the adjustability of the coilovers.

just get ground controls and a camber kit, and wait till your stock shocks blow (which shouldn't be too long with a 2" drop), and then get some adjustable shocks, like koni yellows

Yeah, i sound like an echo but ground controls are good, and theyre getting cheaper, also arospeed gives a pretty good ride. with it onlybeing a 2" drop, your struts might hold up, but not for long, so you might as well get the yellows, or kyb's, or get something thats adjustible, it'll cost a little more, but it'll be worth it in the long run, also, you can get away without a camber kit up to a 2" drop. 2" at the very max, you will still wear your tires, but not hella quick. I think 1.5" is the limit, but hey, if your sepdning money get a set and throw them on anyways.

what springrates are the kybs and konis capable of handling?
i forget where but someone posted before about buying a set and they blew. i just dont wanna spend a couple hundred on struts and have them go bad.
