Well most of you might know, this week, sunday june 25 I will be at chicago, these are the thing I brought with me

5 quart of oil ( castrol gtx 10w/30 )
pureONE oil filter ( the small one )
coolant 50/50 mix ( antifree yellow bottle )
3 quart pennzoil sycromesh
2 quart red line heavy duty tranX case and rear diff
ngk plug and ngk wires
greddy turbo timmer with harness :grinyes: ( will install at chicago )
autometer boost gauge :grinyes: ( will install at chicago )
TORQUE WRENCH ( I dont know they gonna let me bring this to air plane or not )
Jack ( same thing with torque wrench )
and couple more tool

I will stop by autozone or walmart for more oil and coolant when Im at chicago. The season I ask because, most of the stuff I brough with me will be metal.

You can probably borrow a jack and torque wrench at a local autozone or advanced when you get there.

You should be able to as long as you keep it all in your bag, and dont try to hide it in your pants or anything. lol

You can bring a gun on a plane as long as it's in the luggage stored below and is in a lock box. So I am sure a tq wrench is fine.

A TQ wrench is fine. I've brought bags upon bags of tools with me on planes before... About 100lbs of tools. You just have to put them down below.

Why are you bringing a Tq wrench, boost gauge, and turbo timer to install before you drive the car 13hrs home. Just wait until you get home to put them in. Its not like they are going to make a difference with or without them. Just less shit you have to bring. Same goes with a jack. The car has a jack in the trunk, why deal with the hassle of bringing it with?

Not saying you should or shouldn't bring this stuff, just dont understand why you are doing it.

it 6:00 am ( Just wake up, cant go back to sleep !!). Any way, the reason I want install boost gauge and turbo timer, the car is completely stock, and factory boost gauge is inacurate, and I know shit about eclectric, the owner he has been own 2 dsm before, so he know how to install those thing, that why he gonna install for me when I get their, so when Im back to town I dont have to run around looking for people to install for me ( boost gauge I can do it my self but turbo timmer.... kinda hard ).

I just ask people at the air port, they let me bring those stuff with me, but I have to let them know when I brought it, so they can take a look and put that under the air plane for me.

Correct it will show -15 to 0 when crusing down the highway.

At 70 mph you will probably be running 3 grand.

GL man Welcome to the boosting family :grinyes:

No just dont go full throttle. The turbo is going to spool no matter what. You can redline the car and still not be in boost. Just go very light on the throttle.
