95 Skylark horn relay location

Where can I find the horn relay on a 95 Skylark? I would like to test replacing it to see if it fixes a horn problem. Can someone lead me in the right direction? Thanks!

I'll have to find my book again to be sure but if memory serves me correct it is on the passenger side of the car bolted to the front just to the side of the radiator....it is a multifunction relay.....if the ground on it is loose or not making good contact it can cause you all sorts of problems ... including starter not working....

cool...I'll check for it tonight...I've been looking all around under the steering wheel near the fuse location. I have a service manual but can't make out the picture where it specifies the relay location...
