Spark Plugs

Hello Folks,
What's the best way to determine which spark plugs are bad? Is there a check without starting engine? I need to save time and not heat the aluminum block because it needs to be cool when replacing plugs.
I have symtoms of either a fouling plug or possibly a bad wire. This is a 3.1, 97 Lumina and you know what a dog it is to change the rear plugs!!
Does anyone know what the normal wire resistance is?
Thanks

change them all. you can ohm chech each wire, but plugs and wires (in my opinion) should all be changed at the same time.

acceptable plug wire resistance is 500 ohms per inch, or 6,000 per foot.
