Help! Radio noise

I have a 97 Tahoe. Love to listen to OLDIES music, but in my area there are only a couple of AM stations that broadcast such music. My problem is, if the station is the least bit weak,I get a very high pitched squeal in the speakers every time the brakes are applied. It has to be interference from the computerized braking system. Is there an easy way to rectify this? It has always done this, but I've never persued correcting the problem, until I came across this web site and the knowledgeable members on it. Thanks
