Help me fix my drivers side mirror... it's driving me NUTS

I have a 97 Marquis and have the power mirrors, the power part works fine, the mirror itself seems secure to the mounting base (it does not feel loose in that respect where it needs to be re applied with a glue etc).

But as I drive down the road over 30mph the thing just starts SHAKING like crazy, so much so it is driving me nuts.

All power options and direction for this mirror work, and it doesn't feel LOOSE when you apply your hand to the mirror and the mirror housing feels solid, strong secure and it doesn't move at driving speed, but that mirror just flutters like crazy at driving speeds.

I can't see anything with it and its annoying, I am seriously considering spraying that doublestuff foam expanding spray in behind the mirror i dont even care if the damn thing never moves again I just want it to stop jumping around.

When I bought this car 2 yrs ago the mirror was doing the exact same thing, the dealership said they would replace the mirror (I don't know if they replaced or adjusted something) but it was ok for a good 2 yrs now its back again acting up.

Was hoping some of you here might have some insight as to what I can look at, tighten, adjust, or do to stop this on my own vs a hefty repair bill at the dealership.

Wasn't sure if that was a joke or not, but no I have the stock stereo system nothing fancy or "mirror shaking" sound bass volume wise. Smooth ride, good tires, etc nothing shakes but that drivers mirror...

no joke intended the reason i ask is because i have a pretty powerful sterio system and my mirror never shaked until i got the system and then it started doing it after about 2 months of bass rattleing it, thats why im thinking it has to be sum sort of bushings?

Gotcha,
I thought it might be something like

Taking it into dealership "why does my mirror shake when I drive" then finding out the guy has a 500 watt sub in the trunk that shakes EVERYTHING when he drives cuz he listens to it loud...

But no actually no loud stereo or even bumpy roads, in fact the mirror was replaced 2 yrs ago from SAME issue when I took delivery of the car from dealership they put a new Mirror on for me (whole unit) or so they say they replaced it, but it was ok for 2 yrs here.

Was SOLID till the last month or so (2 yrs about 4 thousand total miles) the ONLY thing I can think of is I did run the car thru the carwash a few days before this started, I wonder if the wash brush spin things whacked it and made something in there loose, I dunno....

But today I went out drove down the road it was hot (recently got air fixed) but needed a breeze while it was kickin in, rolled window down part way, went to put back up and made a weird "clunk noise" window is frozen half up half down, the switch still makes noise and I can hear the motor going in there and it "almost" feels like its gonna take and move the window but nothing happens just the motor noise and window seems stuck in it's current position.

So I have to take it into the shop tomorrow anyways so I am gonna ask them when the door is off to look in there and tell me if anything at all is loose or can be adjusted or tightened to help or solve this issue (same door for window and mirror).
