the guy is asking $1,000 for these. there used not brand new. so my question is are they worth paying the grand for???

No. you can get woofers that will kick the shit out of those for much less.

SI mags are loud, very loud, the newest ones are *sapposeably* louder than ALL TC9 drivers. That includes the older Incriminator Audio Death Penulty. They also have excelent SQ.
