Rattling...??

My car makes a rattle noise whenever i shift into drive, or over drive, and it doesnt seem to make the noise nearly as bad if at all when it is in nuetral or park... any suggestions on what this could be from?

Transmission, u-joints, diff, control arm bushings, sway bar (if equipped), any unspring weight on the rear end (such as drums, springs, shocks, brake shoes, etc).
