Alarm question

This might seem like a ridiculous concept, but does anyone know if it's possible to program a car alarm to go off at a specific time? I'm asking because my neighbor's alarm goes off, almost exclusively, around 6:00 on Sunday mornings. There doesn't seem to be anything happening that might set it off, like motorcycles or trucks driving by.

you would have to have the transmitter codes and put them on a timer of some type. I doubt any alarm would have that kinda thing built in. Most places are getting picky on alarm sirens going off needlessly.
