Door hinge well sort of

its not to scale. nor is it made by designers at MIT this is as fast as as simple as i made it. the scale on the hinge not accurate some cars you can go from top to bottom othes require a 1/2inch high tube the thickness of the hinge also depends on the model.
i used paper clips with success and a tight fitting diameter tube
this one is actually a trunk hinge
this pic shows the angles that the hinge should be an upside down V when making this make sure they match on both sides and make sure the door and quater panel have enough traveling distance to clear each other

this is the above pic. the two long rods that connect to the door should go for half the lenght of the door if not go all the way
